General Description

The Server Repair Technician Level 1 is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing servers or server motherboards (MB) at the component level. * Work includes identifying issues, replacing components, performing soldering tasks, running diagnostics, documenting results, and collaborating with related teams to ensure high-quality repair output.

• Will not repair board- Service the Servernow GPU configurations and how to run test Programs
• MS Office- Upload logs, answer email
• Inspect, review, mount, test and part swapping to isolate failure, troubleshooting- A/B part swaps, Reading test logs
• Understand how BIMS, CPU and PC Cards work to be replaced
• Not looking for IT
• Server or Component Repair (Linux command lines a plus)
• Lift 50 pounds- group lift. Mount Servers on Racks
• Server room is noisy have a running room
• Communication via email- internal/external
• High volume- 2-3 cases a day

Day shift- 9am to 6pm.

Temp to hire- $28 - $30/hour target.
